By the end of 2015 there will be 1.4 Million SMBs using Managed services, 25 million SMB Cloud users and above all 35 million mobile SMB employees which is equal to 54% of SMB workforce – all requiring new and emerging technologies. The factors that drive SMBs towards Managed Services are very similar to the benefits they seek from cloud computing: Strategic and Tactical.
